1932 Cefla was established in Imola as a Cooperative enterprise specialized in electrical and thermal-hydraulic installations

1950-70 The company began to undergo a process whereby new business areas were developed, and established three operating divisions:

• civil and industrial technological installations
• retail outlets for the modern distribution sector

• systems for coating and curing paints on wood

1980 The company's internationalization process begins

1990 The company starts business in a new industry, the dental sector, thus creating a fourth operating division

2000 Cefla strengthens its role as leader in the four business sectors
