Cefla Dental Group adds the Castellini brand to its product portfolio.

With a view to reinforcing its leadership within the dental unit sector, Cefla Dental Group has acquired 100% of the shares of Castellini SpA.

A company with a long history, Castellini SpA stands out as a reference in the field of dental equipment on a worldwide scale, in particular with regard to the development of systems for disinfection and sterilisation applications, as well as with regard to ergonomics. The considerable amount of installed equipment is evident proof of the brand loyalty expressed by many dentists.

With this move, Cefla Dental Group intends maintaining and implementing the distinctive features of Castellini products, ensuring improvement in terms of quality and performance. Furthermore, the current distribution set-up will be retained and, thanks to the company’s entry into a Group of larger dimensions, Castellini will benefit from a significant "service package" which is a fundamental assurance of its own competitiveness.
