This committee has the responsability to propose to the board of directors the strategies of Group and of the business units, highlighting guide lines for development and management policies, through goals, time frames and modalities of implementation.
It follows the progress of approved plans, initiatives of mergers and acquisition and investments in significant activities in Italy or abroad.
Its meets at least quarterly, or on specific request by the Chairman or the Managing Director.
